Car does not crank over. Eveything else is on.

Verify the battery is fully charged and can handle a load.

Check all cables for proper connection - every cable should be tight and corrosion free.

If all that is well, then circuit testing is in order to find out what is missing in the starting process. The neutral safety switch could have failed, or a starting system issue could be the cause.
