My wipers stay on and the only way to get them to stop is hit the washer button.

i have changed the multifunction switch on the steering column and I have checked fuses. Oh, when it tops, it stops wherever it wants to stop.

relay is maybe sticking or the motor is going out.try swaping the wiper relay with one just like it in the fuse box.

Thanks, but I already swapped relays. Is there a wiper delay solenoid? I read one reply that mentioned this.

THERE IS A DELAY RELAY INSIDE THE TRUCK FUSE PANEL,DRIVERS SIDE UNDER DASH.TAKE THE COVER OFF OF THE FUSE PANEL.IT IS RELAY #5,LAST ONE ON THE BOTTOM,LEFT SIDE.(ACC DELAY RELAY).WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR IS FUSE #11,A 30 AMP FUSE. IT IS RIGHT BESIDE THAT RELAY,LAST FUSE ON THE BOTTOM READING FROM THE TOP,30 AMP.I HAVE THE OWNERS MANUAL IN MY HAND,IF YOU NEED ANYTHING.
