My temp gauge in is running hot and my heat is blowing cold.

As in answer #1, check coolant level first. Probably is low and needs refilled. Will need to check for leaks. Other possibility is a blockage in the coolant system in which you will need to have it 'flow tested'. Check coolant first and look for leaks before any thing else.....

First is to inspect coolant level , Would not drive! need to bring in and have a coolant pressure check, if fluid is low to inspect for a possible leak in system.
