Suspect fuel pressure regulator.. Engine off... Remove vacuum hose form FPR and check for presents of gas.

Ok do you mean egr value? I don't know what a fpr is please explain

FPR = FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR.... Google it for picture.... Might need some hands-on help with it.
