Q: My low beams no longer work, only high beams work. It is not a fuse problem. on 2003 Hyundai Elantra

My husband checked the low beam fuse and it is fine. what else could the problem be? No other electrical problems.

Recheck the 15 amp fuse marked HL/P Low with a volt meter make sure you have power at that fuse, also in the passenger compartment fuse box check fuse #20 (10 Amp), they supply power to the low beam relay, which in turn supply power out to the bulbs. The yellow wire at the bulb should have power when the light switch is at low beam position. Is it possible both bulbs are bad. Hyundai as a car manufacturer put a lot of free technical information and workshop manuals on line for Hyundai owners. Check out lots of great information.
probably the headlite switch mine does the same but when I play with the switch the lowbeams come on
