My left side tire makes a loud metal banging sound when I hit a bump

when I hit a bump a get a metal rattling sound from my front left side tire

Can be wheel bearing noise,or even a loose tire that is not secured,you defineatly have a suspension problem from a loose brake caliper to a tie rod end, No onle can answer this it needs a visual inspection
