My honda civic ex 99, needs a new battery clamp, can I used a regular clamp

(1999 Honda Civic)
i can get only the cable terminal clamp for 33 dollars, why is so expensive for a simple clamp

If you mean a battery cable terminal, yes a regular clamp is fine as long as it fits. I find that Honda parts are very good quality but very expensive.
