My heat works on the passenger side but not on the drivers

(1999 Buick Park Avenue)
I have had trouble with my heating and air since having the engine replaced. I had no air on either side, then I got the vaccum lines cleaned and the system charged. Now, I have no heat on the driver's side, but I do on the passenger side.

Since you have climate control, there are two separate 'blend doors'. I don't remember if yours are actuated electrically or by vacuum, but the blend doors have to turn to allow in the temperature of air you select.

If the passenger side can adjust, but the driver side cannot, I immediately consider the blend door actuator.
