My front blinkers are both blinking when one should be.

(1990 Honda Civic)
My front left blinker works fine.
When I attempt the right blinker, both lights in the front of my vehicle begin to blink.

Try a new bulb in right front signal light .. Defective or shorted bulb elements can bleed voltage over to the parking light circuit...... Otherwise, hands-on testing is required.
