Do I need a new catalyst converter? For my 1999 Honda Accord to be legal for DMV

My husband said neither. It’s a list the state which matches the numbers on the converter that’s on my daughters car. So they said it’s on the state withdrew. So I guess I’ve got my answer. Thank you for getting back to me.

Hello, do you have a diagnostic trouble code, or is the "monitor" not set for the catalyst yet?

The DMV has not changed regulations regarding that year.
