Occurs at randomly. Usually at road speed 60 to 63 for me. Has been going on for about 6 weeks. Has occurred about 9 times. Last time was working I stopped at a store came out to go and it was dead.
my did something similar to urs but mine wont start back up did u ever find out what happeded to it?
We have talked to the Cheve. dealer and they said we have to bring it in for a diagnostic annalist $100.00 please. We have been trying different fthings; like when it shuts down we put it into neutral and it starts up and we are able to continue. I do think I will take it in, I live on a very busy 4 lane and in college, too dangerous to be sitting along the freeway. I love my car but I am frustrated; one mechanic said it may be the computer, $600.00 price tag. If you get any answers please reply. J. z.

Car stopped again, took it to the cheve. dealership they replaced the transmission limit switch. It is suppose to take care of the problem. We pick it up tomorrow 8/6
Try cleaning the throttle body. I had the same issues and once I did that it was back to normal.
that is the battery problem as well as the spark plugs misfiring. get the car fixed and tell the dealership or mechanic the problem. If you do not do that, since you didn't for 6 weeks, the car will get worse and you will be paying out of your own butt...close to a couple thousand dollars or so to get it replaced.
