My car is getting hot from power steering??

we took the fan off and it turns freely and started engine quickly and fluid sprays out....so what isnt working exactly and how can i correct this problem? can we go to electric fan? can this solve the problem?

You have a hydraulic cooling fan, many high end cars i.e. Mercedes, Lexus etc use them. You really have to fix it, because the whole computer system is set up for this fan, not an electric one, unless you are a wiz at electrical wiring and system fabrication, or know someone who is.

dont that depend on if any wires are ran to the fan?????????????? I dont see any... and my electrical system dont even show this problem occurring, it just gets hot ....its hydraulic.
