My car does not start

(2002 Chevrolet Express 1500)
in San Francisco, CA on January 10, 2019
I had just pass smog and after 2 days the service engine light came on. The next day when I try to start it would not start. I thought it was out of gas. I put gas and nothing. After I checked and change a few fuses. Fully charged the battery. I stared. got a full tank now and next day again it would not start.
How long have you had this problem? Just a few days. After I had it smog only 2 times would not start.

IF the same fuse has failed again - suspect internally shorted transmission neutral safety switch.

Need to know exactly WHICH fuse(s) under hood needed replacement.

Hello, when you turn the key, does anything happen, or is it electrically dead?

Did you actually find fuses that were blown when you checked them?
