My brake lights stay on. I changed the brake switch. didn't help. What do I do?

Unhook the "brake switch" wire connector, see if lights turn off .. Truck wired for trailer towing??

Yes it is wired for towing.

*IF unhooking the brake light switch doesn't turn the lights off* .. Suspect problem is in trailer wiring .. Likely the trailer brake control wiring or a hot wire that runs to the trailer plug is feeding the brake lights.
