My anti theft device keeps disabling my car, is there a way to remove or bypass

(2001 Infiniti I30)

It did it when I first got the car but then after about 15 to 30 min. it would start again. Went for bout 6 months with no further issue, now it's doing it again. Basically no lights and there's no power to anything. I did read somewhere that it's a "glitch" common with these cars? What's the fix for this?

Need to access the anti-theft system and see what is causing the malfunction, there are sensors, control units etc that all play a role.
