My 99 escalade will turn over but not start HELP!!!

(1999 Cadillac Escalade)
will start but only for a half second if i use started fluid i have put in new fuel pump, fuel injector, all fuel line cleaned also all fuses are good in the wires in spark plugs are new, new battery can you please help me PLEASE!!! dont have money for dealer

You could be out of fuel......If your fuel level sender is failing you will get a false level read and you may only need to put fuel in the vehicle because it is actually empty.

SOUND LIKE THER IS NO FUEL PRESSURE, LISTEN AT THE FUEL FILLER CAP WHILE SOMEONE ELSE TURNS THE KEY FROM OFF TO ON, DO NOT CRANK IT OVER, THE PUMP SHOULD BUZZ FOR ABOUT 3 SECONDS AND THEN STOP. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME YOU TURN THE IGNITION FROM OFF TO ON. IF YOU CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING CHECK THE RELAY FOR THE FUEL PUMP OR THE CONNECTOR ON THE FUEL PUMP AT THE TANK.

yes i check the fuel pump in it's connected also i hear the buzz also i just put a new fuel pump on 2days ago... it also has fire in i just did a tune up in fuel injestion in filter still nothing do you think i need to fill the tank it's on the line before "E"... also do you think by truck sitting on hill for like 8 hrs has somthing to do with it?

do you have spark and fuel pressure? do you have pwr to fuel pump?

yes it has spark in fuel
