My 99 Chevy Silverado 5.3 is overheating no leaks and jus changed thermostat

(1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500)
I’m thinking it could be a bad head gasket but I’m not sure and I replaced water pump and radiator about 3 months ago
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Ac on makes it worse
How long have you had this problem? A week
