1993 Mercury Villager Question: my 93 villager wont start

if i put fuel straight into the air intake it starts but it wont start on its own, the fuel pump is pumping.

    We already replaced the fuel pump

    Sounds like you haven't any injectors working if the fuel pump is pumping. Could be either computer or crank sensor.
