My 2013 Ford Edge hesitated to start today could it be the battery

(2013 Ford Edge)
I cracked my car in the garage and turned it off. About 5 min. later I try to start it and it hesitated making a clicking sound. After about 5 Min. I tried again and it cracked. Could it be the battery or the starter?
