My 2011 Lincoln MKS will not start. What could the problem be & who can fix it?

(2011 Lincoln MKS)

It has been touchy the last few weeks and finally refuses to start at all. A few times prior to this it would hesitate or not start but then upon trying again once or twice more, it would start. After I got it home tonight and tried to start it again, it would not start at all. Lights will come on both interior and headlights, so it is not the battery
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Nothing. It now just won't start
How long have you had this problem? A few weeks

Will not start: meaning, engine does not crank at all? Or cranks quickly and will not start?

No crank at all: Still suspect a battery concern. Check the battery for proper voltage and the ability to hold a charge and handle a load. You might have enough reference voltage to light the lights, but not enough on board amperage to crank the starter. Start with the basics, make no assumptions until testing has been completed and results verified.
