My 2011 Ford Ranger is making a noise like the wheel bearings are bad in the front, changed them noise still present. Noise begins at 35-40 mph, seems better turning left, noise gets louder as speed increases

had front bearings changed by shop 3000 miles ago. changed the left front today (1-11-19), noise still present. alignment good, tires are good, truck only has 62,500 miles on it.
What seems to make the problem better or worse? only noisy when driven
How long have you had this problem? just started again, was gone after replacing front wheel bearings 3000 miles ago
