the system bleed, but it still running at hi idle the temperature gauge goes alittle pass half but not hot.

Your fan speed is computer contolled based on engine temperature.
A proper diagnosis of the fan speed problem will be necessary to figure out why its running so high. More than likely the coolant temp sensor may be giving a false signal, the fan relay may be faulty, or it may be a possible wiring issue.
