My 1999 ford explorer won't start

I have put in a new fuel pump fuel filter fuel line starter new spark plugs new wires new ignition coil and my truck will not start what else can it be

fuel pump coming on when the key is turned to on? can you hear it? will not start? cranks but don't start? what about the BUTTON,did you check the BUTTON first before you replaced all those new parts?
