more then likely it's indicating brake lining wear, need to replace the brakes or sensors and reset the light.

HOW DO YOU RESET THE LIGHT
ONCE YOU REPLACE THE BRAKE WEAR SENSOR IT SHOULD TURN OFF THE WARNING INDICATOR IF NOT THEN YOU NEED TO INSPECT THE OTHER SENSORS AND THE CIRCUIT TO DETRMINE THE FAULT.
