My 1990 ramcharger wont start??

(1990 Dodge Ramcharger)

my ramcharger ran out of gas lastnight and i get it to the gas station after i put gas it still didnt wanna start so i try jumping it and i still wont start.the truck ran fine besides having to jump start it every now and then i did take the gas cap off today and alot of air came out the gas tank so what can it be that causeing this issues??

Spray some good carb cleaner into the throttle body and see if it trys to start.

I did that and it starts up then dies out rite away

You have a fuel pump or injector issue. Can you check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail or at the injectors.

No i cant but everytime i remove.the gas cap alot of air blows out the gas tank im not sure wht its doing that

Not sure where it would be building pressure from. Some build pressure in hot weather but if it started briefly with the carb cleaner then it's not getting gas thought the system.

that's what I'm thinking myself I'm gonna change at the fuel injection and the fuel pump see it to get it started

do you hear your fuel pump buzzing when put the key to starting position?

Yes the fuel pump does buzz when i turn key

Okay if it buzzing
Basic check up
-You need a fuel gauge tester
How to do it
There's a nipple on your fuel rail that you can hook up your fuel gauge tester
When you put key the starting position
Your fuel gauge tester should read 50-60 psi
If it's below that number?
-you might have faulty fuel pump
You might have fuel filter clogged
Let me know when you done checking this

Check the fuel pump, hopefully it didn't burn out
