My 1990 4.0 will not start after it sits all night unless i use starter fluid

(1990 Ford Ranger)

it doesn't seem like the injector pules is strong enough until it cranks from the starter fluid. then it runs rough until it warms up and then starts and runs fine after that.

Got to test fuel pressure on cold engine!!.. Along with scan test at the same time, can't guess at it in any way that helps!!!.. Leave it with a good mechanic for a couple days.... Without the proper equipment, tools and talent.. It's not DIY!
