I felt they were very thorough and each time they fixed it, one time, the last time, when I picked the car up, whoever the mechanic was, if there were smokers, my car smelled bad cause of smoke, they shouldn't allow the mechanics to smoke while they are working on customer's cars. The car stunk real bad for several days like cigarettes. It is pretty offensive to the customer if you don't smoke. The people are friendly, and on time, and other than that I was pleased with the work.

Most of the stuff got repaired and still are working on some of the original things that needed to be worked on. things I took it in for. One of the things I took it in for didn't get repaired when I took it in. I had to take it in for something else and they were still repairing for the first things I took it in for.

I have had a car for repair on the assurance that they could do the job, and afterwards they called and said they did not have time to work on the car. I had to spend more money to have it towed from there to another shop.

I don't like their attitude. The employees are rude. The only one I like is the owner. I don't like that place at all. The owner is the only one that is polite.

They told me they were going to do something and they didn't do it. They were very dishonest. They told me I was going to be charged 20 maybe 25. They didn't even know what was the problem. They said they didn't have computer or the right equiptment. They were waisting my time.I took half a day because I was waiting for them to test my car.

First time it happened and still wont start
the crankshaft position sensor is located on the lower left front side of the crankshaft (drivers side) it may have dislodged the plug, cut the wires, or broke the sensor if the bump was that severe.
The lock tumbler on the driver's side ...
Try this, put the key in the ignition while trying to turn the key move the steering wheel back in forth (right to left) as much as you can. Sometimes the steering wheel lock will hang up. Seems to be a common problem on older mb vehicles. The door lock problem will be the plastic tab lock on the backside of the lock tumbler. It will require removal of door panel, outside door handle and striker in some cases.

you will need to have a scanner to turn the light off as the newer vehicles have a computer with a keep alive memory. this means that when the battery is disconnected it will not clear codes on the DME control module. Most shops will perform the scan test for a nominal fee

There is a blend door motor on the pass side of the vehicle which varies the hot and cold air. this motor has quit working, most likely the plastic gears inside the blend motor. it will have to be replaced with a new unit.

these cars have two batteries. the main vehicle battery, and a auxiliary battery located on the right side of the vehicle under the hood. I believe the washer tank will have to be removed to gain access to it. It will cause the vehicle to go into what is called energy saver mode (ac will stop working) and the red battery light will come on

have you checked the fluid? is it leaking anywhere. when is the last time the trans was serviced. was it slipping the last time you drove it? The questions will go on and on. Start with the basics. also check to see if the reverse lights come on when shifted into reverse, Make sure to set the brake and do not start the car to check just turn the key on. if they light up that would mean the linkage from the shifter is going to the transmission shift lever, if not then check to see if the linkage bar has come unhooked from the shifter to the transmission. the bushings and clips wear out and cause problems like this
after cool down for one hour it starts aga...
most likely the crank shaft sensor. It gets hot and resistance goes up and it stops sending its signal to the engine control module. you should have a code set for this but not always
