I have a bad missfire on my 99 cvpi . Engine has been replaced , coils plugs trans . Only things remaining is the intake and up all electrical and ecu and such . Anyone who can give any help would be very much appreciated . I'm out of $$ and still have a headache lol

You did not mention Fuel Injectors. There is one per cylinder on this model, and one could be not working, or conversely could be dumping fuel causing a misfire. Wondering what the cause of engine replacement was...could be a clue.

The best move would be to get some diagnostic equipment hooked up to really analyze engine relative compression and a power balance test - attempting to narrow down to the affected cylinder(s) of misfire. From there, you can inspect the affected cylinder(s) for the plug condition (cracked? Even a new one could be cracked on install...), coil and wiring connector, even a base engine concern with the block or cylinder head (intake or exhaust valve leakage, etc)... Not to mention the fuel injector. Good luck!
