Misfire on my 3.4

(2005 Chevrolet Impala)
in Fulton, NY on March 17, 2014
Had a slight misfire. Diagnosed to number 5. Put on a new coil pack and now it runs worse. New plugs and wires. Whats the deal? Could it be a bad new part?
