Misfire

(2001 Buick LeSabre)
in East Hartford, CT on January 31, 2010
I had pulled the spark plug wires off the ignition pack and noticed #2 and #4 post were all burnt looking and alot of black dust came out the spark plug wire end. What could be the problem there and will that cause my misfiring.

Yes, this is likely the cause of a cylinder misfire. You will need to replace the wires, the coil if it is damaged and you might as well change the spark plugs too.
