My ac does not cool as well as it did. Takes longer to feel cold. I have not had it checked yet. Noticed it last summer. Will see how it does this year......
I took my car to a private mechanic and he discover a module was not sending the electronic signal to turn the air on. To verify the module was the problem, we could squeeze this module with pliers and the air would kick on. We tested again wrapping the module with tape and reinserting, adding pressure for a short period, and the air ran OK. This seemed to work for me, replacing module soon.
Had my air continuing recharged at Garden state honda Passaic nj after a outside mechanic said it was a evaporator problem honda claimed they could find no problem but still had to recharge the system to check. But found no problem. After a week the air runs the same blows cold only on low setting
