Q: Milage Light on 1999 Buick Century

Rookie cbe0621eac06868b3efe0d8d1d3611e23c60d3114864ea2ec19a68cfbd3eebab
My light for the shifter and millage no longer works. It is digital. It would sometimes go dim and you could see it but now there is no light and I need this because my gas gauge does not work.

Hey Brenda,
I don't know about the lights, they may just need the bulbs replaced. I had a customer the other day with a gas gauge issue, and I recommended some Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus be added to the fuel tank, and in less than 1 tank of fuel the gauge was working again! So I suggest you try this and see if it helps, and if it does, please let me know. Here is some info about the additive: It has to be this exact type to be able to hopefully address the fuel gauge issue.
I am having the same issue. My shifter and mileage light went out. Orginally it went dim them it went completely out. My gas gauge light works but I think the gauge is not working properly sometimes. Someone Please give us ideas on what it could be
