I Checked the fuses ,they are all ok,windows do not work with switches They were working the nite before and stopped working the next morning

I replaced the battery and some electrical consumers do not work? (2 answers)

After replacing the battery,

the front power windows do not work,
the top will not go up,
the turn signals do not work,
the wipers do not work,
and the doors will not lock.

My SLK32 required a jump start, the parking lights and fog lights stayed on. (1 answer)

The lights remained on despite the headlight switch being set to Off. Also, the security system started sounding at random intervals. I pulled three fuses to turn off the lights. The security system still sounds at random times. What would cause the lights to stay on with the engine off?
