i installed the fuel pressure guage and with the car in the on position i was getting no reading thinking the guage was bad i started the car and the guage gradually reoe to 34 psi after the car warmed up i was able to manually raise the idle under the hood without it stalling and the guage did not move stayed at 34psi i let the car idle it continued to run though it was a little rough i then shut the car and observed the gauge and it immediatly returned to 0 i started the car again tried to manually idle vit under the hood while it vwas idling it read 34 and then it stalled and returned to 0 while i was able to raise the idle while under the hood when the car was running the guage never went higher then 34 any help would be appreciated i also did pull the vacuum line from the new fuel regulator and there was no fuel in the vacuum line thanks

There is a problem with the fuel pump!... Not enough pressure... Rubber hose connecting pump to tank unit leaking etc... Something ain't right inside tank!!!

thank you are you saying that inside the tank there is a connection between the pump and the fuel line that leaks and can it be repaired i was also under the impreeion that with the key on car off that the pressure at the schraeder valve and the fuel pressure gauge is supposed to be at least 41psi and under a load its supposed to go up thank you again for your help also is it possible that it might be the injectors that are leaking
