I found the price to be affordable and the customer service to be generally good. The only reason it's not a ten is because I had to wait longer than expected. They also charged extra for something I found to be complimentary at other places.

The manager was very nice, he explained everything and answered all my questions. I was able to get my vehicle in within a day of calling, so it was pretty easy to get in.

They do good service. I feel like the guys there are fair and honest, they do a good job. My only issue is that they didn't reset the service warning light in my car. Other than that, they do a good charge, generally happy with what they do.
