When noise is there and you are not in heavy traffic you can move the steering wheel a little to the left and right and see if noise gets louder. Turn to left will load the right bearing with more vehicle weight and vice versa. That will pinpoint what bearing may be causing noise. Pay attention to change in pitch of noise.
