Location of timing belt on 98 Lincoln Continental

I have 216000 miles on my Lincoln and have never changed the timing belt. Isn't it time to do that.???

Accessory drive belt or timing CHAIN? Any drivability issues or check engine light? Oil changes kept up with?

regular oil changes. No drivability issues, however; check engine light comes on. I've been told that this is an issue with sensors for emmissions.
