All lights pulse when engine is running. When not running they are fine. Alt was replaced about 1 to 2 yrs ago. 200,000 miles +

Sounds like an alternator problem. Check connections at alternator and battery are clean and secure. Make sure alternator is not contaminated with oil. voltage reading across the battery should read approximately 14.6 volts if the alternator is charging correctly with the engine running across the battery but an oscilloscope is needed to check alternator diode pattern.

I had a similar problem. I replaced the alternator and that solved the problem.
