License plate lamps dont work.checked bulbs,fuses etc.

Have no electrical issues with truck.all lights work except tag lights.any suggestions ?

Easy enough > Fix broken wire .... Replace light assembly... IF wired for trailer towing, check those wires for damage..... Have no idea what type bumper you got because 99 S-10 ain't enough information, like is it the Blazer ... Pickup truck .. Reason need to know is IF got stock bumper, the tag light assembly is just a clip in lamp, shouldn't be much money for the whole deal... So I wouldn't waste a lot of time on this one!
