Q: Left Front Mechanical Noise while driving over 35 mph? on 2003 Cadillac DeVille

Problem occurs each time I drive. Sound resembles a small motor running it gets louder the faster I go and subsides as I slow down.

Sounds like a failing wheel bearing. As you go faster, probably sounds like a single-prop plane flying next to you. Replace the wheel bearing and the noise should be gone.
