Lacks power when accel. Fine in park and idle but no pick up can anyone help?

(1999 Ford Explorer)
Ive checked the vac lines found nothing, it doesnt do it in reverse only when accelerating forward it boggs down and acts like the fuel is being restricted.

Yes confirm fuel pressure and delivery, confirm it is not a transmission issue. Has the check engine light been on? There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
