Key will not shut off ignition.

Stops at acc only, won't go to lock position.

Sometimes these vehicles will have a problem with the sensor that monitors what gear is selected or have a misadjusted shift cable. If this is the case you may be able to disconnect the battery for a minute or so and reconnect.
