When I try to turn the car on the lights on the dash come on, but nothing happens no click or anything. Jumping the car does nothing. Battery is good, alternator is good, is it the starter or ignition switch or what? im at a loss.

Are you sure the battery is good and charged as a weak battery will still power the lights and dash, But won't have the amps to engage the starter. Have the battery load tested at any auto parts store. Then check the ignition switch etc.

CHECK YOUR BATTERY TERMINALS. IT HAPPENED TO ME WITH MY 1997 NISSAN SENTRA. THE BATTERY TERMINAL WAS SLIGHTLY LOOSE AND IT COULD NOT GET THE AMPERAGE TO START. ALSO CHECK FOR BATTERY TERMINAL CORROSION.THE TERMINALS ARE A SIMPLE REPAIR.
