I have a 99 Hyundai Accent. Simple car, but it is not new. To make a long story short(er), I brought it in thinking I had a problem with the exhaust pipe and the AC. I was expecting a big bill if I had to replace the AC. Bruce and crew looked at it and found that the exhaust pipe (which I had patched up before) needed to be replaced. He also found that I had messed up the switch to the fan motor when I had installed a radio. They fixed these two problems and sent it back home with me. They're honest--they could have insisted on fixing the AC as well.
Well, it's an old car, so more than one thing can go wrong. The AC worked, but was still making a lot of noise once you started driving the car. I took it back and they agreed that there might be a problem with the AC motor--so they replaced the AC with rebuilt parts after all. They gave me a very reasonable price. Now the AC works like new. I brought it back once more because because I still heard the noise...but it seems that the little car just makes a little more noise when the AC is turned on; they tightened a few belts and sent it home with me again.
Bruce was patient and he stood by his work.
