Keeps blowing fuse for brake lights and dash lights

my 1990 buick skylark keeps blowing the fuse for all of the lights except for the headlights. this is so frustrating and i cant figure this out to save my life. please help me

first thing is to look at all the bulbs for one that is shorted.
i usually take them all out and then put the fuse back in to see if it holds. if it does, then replace one at a time till the fuse fails and you found the issue.
if it still blows with all them out, then you need to track wiring. this becomes labor intensive and expensive at a shop.
