It could be many things, unfortunately and without experiencing the problem first hand or being able to do some basic diagnostic tests its hard to say. It could be a dirty fuel injector, a bad spark plug or failing ignition, or vacuum leak. It could even be a transmission issue, too hard to guess at without being able to do some sort of meaningful tests or at least drive the truck.
