is it normal for head lamps or head lamp to have considation in them dealer says yes and no warranty

The dealer is wrong there should never be moisture in a head lamp or any other lamp. Water and electricity do not mix well!!!!!

Normally there should be no moisture inside the lenses. Moisture inside the light will affect the light performance, the light will not be able to project though the lenses because the light will bounce off the water droplets. I would recommend removing the light bulb from the back of the unit on a hot day and let the moisture dissipate naturally. Look for cracks or open seams that look like water can enter the unit. please see out web site if you need more information www.leoandson.com
