That is only a question you can answer. If you have done the preventive maintenance on the vehicle as suggested by the manufacture 175,000 miles is not that bad. If you would have done a trans service once every two years you wouldn't be asking this question. The real question is can you buy another vehicle that is equal to yours plus the needed repairs that is of equal value.
