Is it okay to let the car autoshift in sport+ mode?

(2016 Ford Mustang)
It's an automatic 2016 Ford Mustang Ecoboost I4. I enjoy the extra power sport+ gives but I hate shifting.

Hello,
As you can tell, since you are asking, the higher speed and load of the engine will reduce the life of the engine, and you can cause damage by constantly hammering down on the gas pedal.
The engine computer will not restrict performance to the engine to protect it from damage until a threatening situation has already occurred, but you do have a warranty...
The kicker... the PCM snapshots operating conditions when a trouble code is set, and the warranty will always list an exception for "abuse".
