Is it a smart idea to fix one transmisson valve on your transmisson?

when driving an sitting ideal my car vibrates from the engine to the body of the car, an when i start my car,to drive off there's a jerk, 1 mecanic told me it was 1 of my transmission valves but do you think it's a good idea to fix only 1 valve?

Valves? What valves. There are solenoids that open and close to redirect the hydraulic fluid. What's the vibration from when you're sitting still? Does it still vibrate when you put the car in park or neutral?

I would check for broken/weak engine mounts. These are fairly common causes of the symptoms you mention. One way to check is to lift the engine slightly with a floor jack and pad under the engine. If the vibration improves mounts fairly are likely.
